Hi NoCo families. Here are 38 trick-or-treats from Wellington to Berthoud and Evans, with times, addresses, and costs. 32 are free, from church trunk-or-treats to downtown trick-or-treat streets. Halloween falls on a Saturday, so there are two big days: October 24, when downtown Windsor, Loveland, and Berthoud hand out candy, and Halloween itself, with Main Street in Wellington and downtown Johnstown. NOCO's Biggest Trunk or Treat on October 17 is free, but you register for a one-hour slot, so do that now. Hosts move things for weather, so check their page the morning you go.
