Trick-or-Treat Guide
Our Trick-or-Treat Dispatch went out Friday, and the guide on our site has every trunk-or-treat and trick-or-treat street from now to Halloween, by date, with times, addresses, and which ones are free. Halloween is a Saturday this year, so the two big days are Saturday, October 24, when downtown Windsor, Loveland, and Berthoud hand out candy, and Halloween itself.

NoCo Regulars
The Larimer County and Greeley Saturday farmers' markets have three Saturdays left (through October 31). Larimer County Farmers' Market (Sat 9 to 1, Old Town Fort Collins) · Greeley Farmers' Market (Sat 8 to noon) · Fort Collins Farmers' Market (Sundays through November 8)

The NoCo Fall Stop #5: Something from the Farm
Fall Stop #5 is Something From The Farm in south Fort Collins, a certified organic pumpkin patch run by four generations of the Dory family. There's no entrance fee. A hayride is $5, and kids 3 and under ride free. The hay bale maze is free this year, because the drought caused a bale shortage. The corn cannon is three shots for $5, and on weekends you can launch a pumpkin from the trebuchet for $12 a throw. Pumpkins are sold by the pound. The Country Store sells cider, snacks, popcorn grown on the farm, jams, and winter squash. Three farm cats, Jethro, Pippi, and Foxy, live there with a flock of hens, and leashed dogs are welcome. The farm closes for bad weather, so on a rainy day check its Google listing or text 970-214-2871 first. Our plan when we go: a Saturday, so the kids can see the trebuchet.
Something From The Farm · 8020 S Timberline Rd, Fort Collins · open daily through Oct 31: Mon to Sat 9 to 6, Sun 10 to 6 · free entry; hayride $5, corn cannon 3 shots $5, trebuchet $12 a throw on weekends · cash, card, or Venmo · somethingfromthefarm.com
Looking for a big corn maze or a petting zoo? Bartels, Hankins, and Anderson have corn mazes, Osborn has a petting zoo on weekends, and our guide has the hours and prices for every patch.
