DISPATCH #1 · TUE, JUNE 16, 2026 · NoCo · TUE HIGH 93°

Postcard from NoCo

Hi NoCo families, and welcome to the very first dispatch. We are two local parents who, after moving here, kept hearing about the fun stuff only after it happened. So every Tuesday we do the digging and send you the week, sorted. This time: food truck rallies, an ice cream festival, a summer concert, and a Juneteenth celebration. Oh, the places you'll actually go.

Local Business Spotlight: Lima Coffee Roasters

Lima Coffee Roasters, Fort Collins (@limacoffeeroasters)

When we moved to Colorado, we were quietly grieving Sidekick Coffee, our regular spot back in Woodinville, Washington. We tried a lot of cups before Lima finally filled that hole. Small-batch roasting, a welcoming counter, and the kind of place that slowly starts to feel like yours. There are three spots around Fort Collins, Old Town, Campus West, and Midtown, all open every day from 7am. Consider Lima the first stop on what we are making a long, happy tour of NoCo coffee. Come find us in line.

Community Corner

Before you go: we are slowly working our way through every coffee shop in NoCo. Which one should we hit next? Hit reply and tell us. We read every single one.
